So grey skill matters now then? Overall % is more important than higher white skill? (Start slapping my head now... How stupid to spend 3xx green for training 40%)

You have to find drills, which improve white skills and also add 1 or 2 greys in for him to gain much again. Example Recommendation would be Set Piece Delivery, Carioca with Ladders, Fast Counter Attacks....

wait for the new TE 2019 and don't waste time or greens
- unless you have A LOT
