No 2X option available for training

usually this is what I call "Time to spend some of your greens" glitch.
I have 3-4 teams.
There are (random) periods only for one of them, where I can't find the X2 bonus.
(using pc, tablet and 2 mobiles).
After few days, reappears but I 'm loosing that for another of my teams.
It's not permanent, it's not general and it's not a bug.
(other way a clean cache and memory might help).
