Table of Counter Formations - What to use?

Hi I am a rookie (2) 16.7 average quality and just played an away game vs apprentice (3) 18.6 who yielded the 4-5-1 V.

I received a +4 Bonus and therefore managed to have a 53 overall possesion.

So how did I manage? I think a part of it is because of my fast DMR and DML, they were fast enough to counter his AMR and AML, thats why I decided to use man-mark. I used a long passing tactic and focus on center and red arrows on my DMR, DML, MC,MC and one MC blue arrow. Pressing only own half and normal tackling. Ofcourse I used counter attack.
