Fair play = realism (like mentioned in the opening post) = buy every season 11 new players and don't care about training.
Or create a good farm, upsell, dont care much about training.
Thats SURrealism, and "fair" seems much too subjective to be mentioned here.
I guess, t11 will have enough happy sheeps with any "impovement".
