This is Thamnidis, a 0T academy player from my team NIK. I keep him for dropping the quality of the team (yea, it's about the cup thing ).
So far, I added his sp to extra role and sa but I had him 2 sp from the next star and not 1 because I didn't want him to be in negotiation list and get silly 0T offers.
After the new update, I started to have some offers from lower level managers (and not friends of mine), so I thought he must be in nego list now.
I went in the new version and I can see that his skills fit for that

updating my theory :
I think the calculation of adding the three columns divided by 3 and having the avg might be the right way but ...
-the "translation" between the old and the new system isn't accurate
-something changes with the digits
So, better watching the quality/skills with the new version and not the old one.
At that point, I want to say that if a player is in negotiation list , we must have a warning, a sign from the game, specially now with that confusing training system !
