The maximum quality of a player is 180% and the maximum average of a drill is also 180%, like I stated in my example with shooting technique in my previous post. After you reached these values, shooting technique would be a useless drill.
But single skills can be trained to unlimited heights. So again, if we take the example above who has 270% shooting, if we now train pass go shoot and passing and speed would still be 0%, we could also add to shooting, because the average of the pass go shoot drill is only 90%. (270 shooting + 0 passing + 0 speed / 3 = 90)
Got it. Should be an easy fix. And I agree with you, training to 120-140 is sufficient.

    I'll update the calculator accordingly.

Arphaxad, you've done a great job building up the table, but i'm afraid there's been a huge misunderstanding which you should really change it. Why do you set a limit to input values that cannot be more than 450? According to the table, white and grey skills have the same speed. It's also wrong. When your player has a higher skill than other target skills, It decreases its value. Please look at the images. It'd be good for you to try to keep in touch with @Der_Ryan_M as much as you can. Thanks.

I dont believe that 10-20 restpacks is big difference.
I think that would be very handy to know how many rests and how high your players skill will be after a drill.
Imagine that you bye one 3* FT and after using the calculator you know how much restpacks needed
and how high your skills will be after a drill.
Lol. First open the app then select how many greens do you use in the session. Insert player skills image. the app automatically detects all values(age, position, skills etc) it needs from the image. Select the development option; focus on white skills or increase overal quality and then press the button. It calculates the best process for you. All you have to do is having a seat on the lovely couch, drinking whiskey out of a coffee mug. it should't be so hard.

That is because Michael Phelps can not possibly be that strong, so the calculator takes necessary measures by making him weaker just kidding. That is strange. I remade the formulas in that column yesterday night. I believe it should be fixed in the uploaded version currently. If not, I'll check it after work.

As for the second problem (growth rate for white and grey skills) its an easy fix. I just forgot fixing it. I'll have it implemented tonight after work.

What should be the maximum for input values? I can change it but I don't know what the max is.

Thanks for testing the calculator mate, appreciate it.

Fast trainer gaining per rest pack:

    0-20 20-40 40-60 60-80 80-100 100-120 120-140 140-160 160-180
    ---------6------5.5---5.25----4.25-----3.25------2------1-------1-----

if drill contains only grey or white attributes then gaining is the same
if contains mix attributes the gaining is 2 to 1 favorite the white attributes.

You're welcome. One of the simplest and user friendly table i've seen in the forum.i tested the last published table, but nothing changed except for drill percent cap. If you update it accordingly, it will be very useful tool for beginners. In fact, what you only need to do is implementing 180% regime into values regarding the grey skills have half speed of the white. You shall set the maximum value of AvQ drill to 180. About lower skills after the train is only an oversight of 180 detection. This is how it must be.

    Selected drill: Shooting Technique
    Player(Before) Attributes Maximum gain
    500 Strength 500
    50 Shooting 50
    50 Finishing 50

For your last question; the sky is the limit if you have enough resources.

160-180 is 1 per restpack, unknown is 0-19 cause i can not find a player with less than 20-30 per skill.
We have to wait to the next season for that data but is not essential.
