Yesterday I've made a factory reset, before going to work. downloaded the game and still can't login for some reason...

Since the login problem you didnt fix properly something and after watching advertisements I dont get packs, my team also dont get train bonus. When AD is over I just dont get the bonus or the pack and i can just play another AD without any reward again. YOu already owe me more than 60 packs and 10-15 trainings
