I am also facing the same issue while loading the game. Is it due to my router ip 192.168.100.1 Should i reset my router.

I fixed the problem!

It was the ISP, Internett and server that was not conneted or red so when i reseted my connection and fixed it so everythign was green again the game now works. I think this is the problem eveyone have and i dont know how my MAC manged to unconnect on those 3 points.

It is always a good idea to try restarting your internet router, and your computer or device, just to make sure it isn't a problem there. This does fix it sometimes.

On phones with FaceBook app installed, you should be logged in on it as the same user as the game, before you start game.

Hi Guys, i hâve an issue with my iPhone connection via Facebook. I dont manage to connect to the game until yesterday. I hâve cleaned the phone, uninstall the game an it doesńt work. I hâve the last version of IOS and the last update of the game. More when im connected with my computer it works fine. Could you please help me? Thanks

Yes, last 2 days is very hard connect to game, And no is a problem of browser or flash, i am expert in it, is a problem of server and data connections to MySQL, NORDEUS must fix it.
