Stop the bets

I already said it in another thread (https://forum.topeleven.com/top-elev...tml#post644312) ; this is just another scam from Nordeus. Why it is a scam? Read the following.

(1) The user who will bet will make a loss even if he wins the bet he made. There is no gain in this thing.
The value given back (tokens and packs) if the bet is won for the betting price is less then what the user can get if he bought those things straight from the shop. The user will make more loss if he bet on the favorite team and this team wins, and even more loss if he loses the bet. It is only less loss, loss, and more loss; there is no gain.

(2) The user will lose the bet if the outcome of the match is a draw.


Why should someone even be tempted to make such a bet if he cannot make any gain in terms value for the betting price? It is a loss no matter what. Anyone with decent mathematical knowledge can see this.

All those so-called offers (event offers, bets...) that offered less value for the price asked should open the eyes of users more. Users should be able to see that the company has gone the scam way (dirty business). People should not support such acts; they should not buy.

I only quoted this part of your post because I only want to address these 2 things.

First of all, if the game is a draw and you lose the bet that is not fair at all, I think both sides of the bet should get maximum tokens.

Secondly, I think they would be tempted by the bet because at a first glance it looks like a good offer (not to me but some people could think it is a good offer, that is just my opinion.

Finally

Hope do you know you lose the bet if you draw? Did you ever try it yourself? Or did another user Inform you?

I agree, if they are making these bets there should be gain for the winners if they win not make a loss as that is not fair.

This is another thing that makes many of those recent offers more of a scam. They seem make the user think he is getting a good deal (sales-like), but if the value for money is compared to the normal (usual) prices, the user will be getting less for the same price. They are neither sales nor offers, and the recent ones are not even bets for making gains, but tricks to fool users into thinking they are sales, offers and so on and that they will be making gains or saving money if they choose those options but instead they will be spending more for getting less in return. It is called dirty business.

After all this, the intentions of Nordeus should be quit clear to users. This should be alarming to users who are regular buyers in this game. Given what can already be seen openly, just think what worst could be there in this game to 'scam' those users but that are not visible or that evident. They cannot be trusted. Their scam ways are among the main reasons why I have stopped buying in this game. The game is still fun but it is against my principles to support a company behind such bad acts. It is unlikely a problem of marketing nor it is a problem of communication between users and devs; what they been doing wrong be it in events or in doing those so-called sales and so on are clearly intentional but some of those are unacceptable and some are like insults, especially for those users who been paying (buying) to play the game.

The recent changes (shop) only show more into what (bad) direction the company is going. Instead of concentrating on improving the so many already reported bad and undesirable things in this game, they seem to be focusing more on how to milk more money from certain 'vunerable' users upto the point of using scam tricks and bets to try fool them. I did my 'job' here by informing about those tricks in some of my posts. It is upto the users to make the rights decisions.
