It matters. The individual skills now represent in a way the quality of the player.
A basic characteristic of the training is that the lower the quality, the more the gaining.
So for a defender who has 40% shooting and 70% marking, the engine calculations consider him as 2-3* quality player if set attacking drills or 4-5* if set defensive drills.
So we are using the opposite (to player's position) drills to give faster a sa or extra position.
