    Here, the value from 115 max, goes to 126 M', the value scouts had in previous season.

    The main problem is that choosing a 126' player instead of a 125', doesn't guarantee that he is a 1st class fast trainer.
    (He might be a 2nd class).

    * or a player 115 M' instead of 114 M' as the player in the last pic of the post above.
    Mugambe, the AML-AMC-AMR is renamed as CRUYFF
    He is an early 6* in the beginning of the season (finished as early 7* previous season).

    I gave 10 greens for 10 GK training and he earned 6,5 old skill points.

    Those are three new players with the same value 126 M'.

    I gave about 50 training of - 17/18 % condition loss but only one was close to get the new extra position

    and here those three players again, after I renamed them and made a GK training for 60 greens each.
