Hi guys. I’m trying to get an opinion here.

What skills should be trained at least 150-200%, that’s the most important for each position?

ST - Finishing, Shooting, ???
AMR/L - Crossing, Passing, Shooting, Speed ???
DC - Tackling, Marking, Positioning, Strength???
DL/DR - ???
MC/DMC - ???

DL-DR the same with DC
DMC- MC, some mix

Check top associations, look how they do it. Do the same, or do something else.

This guy is a slow-trainer btw.
